- bike rental (Article 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR) - performance of the contract;
- newsletter subscription (Article 6 (1) (a) of the GDPR) - consent.
The recipients of your personal data will only be entities authorized to obtain personal data on the basis of legal provisions and entities cooperating in the complaint process.
Your personal data will be stored for a period of 10 years after the end of the service in connection with the limitation period for claims and until consent is withdrawn if it is granted.
You have the right to request the administrator to access personal data, the right to rectify it, delete or limit processing, the right to object to the processing, the right to transfer data, and the right to withdraw consent at any time.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, i.e. the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
Providing personal data is voluntary, but if they are not provided, we will not be able to conclude and perform the contract.
